I actually bought that H&M dress earlier this week. It was the rare moment where I saw it featured somewhere online (possibly an instragram ad?) and HAD TO HAVE IT. Tried it on in-store, and it looked great. I’d suggest sizing up, and I’m considering adding a hook-eye closure to make it a bit less “boobish.” I’ve yet to try it on at home in the ways that I plan to style it, but I’m betting it will be a keeper. I plan to wear the heck out of it this holiday season.

I bought the BB Dakota jacket a few weeks ago and I LOVE IT! Belle, how would you suggest styling it?

  3. Monica T says:

A former coworker and I always joked about how uncool we felt when we tried to sell stuff at Buffalo Exchange! I much prefer selling to ThredUp, because even though they don’t pay much (neither does BE) at least I don’t have to waste a bunch of my time doing it. I also prefer shopping secondhand online, so it’s a win-win.

Thanks for The NY Times article about women working in under challenging circumstances. This story on MMLaFleur about Amanda Nguyen is inspiring and amazing:

Too Many Tabs: April 19, 2024

This week, I fell mindlessly into my phone more than I think I ever have. My screen time went from 3.5 hours per day to 5 hours per day. But the increased eye strain did lead to some good finds. Just going to leave this right here.  (I really need to work on “Didn’t make […]

The Find: My Best Workout Shorts

For eight years, I have worn the same workout shorts. Every year, an influencer tries to sell me new shorts. I order them. I try them on. They pale in comparison to the shorts I already own. I return them.
