Before we start today’s reader questions, I wanted to take a moment to talk a bit about mental health. For those who experience mental health challenges — whether occasionally or frequently — talking about our struggles is a double-edged sword.

This week, I returned from my trip to Montana completely exhausted. So it’s time to reach into the reader mail bag to answer a few questions. Let’s start.

Today is Leap Day, a quirk of the Gregorian Calendar where every four years, we get an extra day. And thank goodness, because in the craziness of February (which flew by whereas January slogged) I forgot to post this month’s Ask Me Anything.

After last week’s parade of reader queries, the mail bag filled up again. Here are a few questions on everything from nail polish remover to what to wear for work headshots. Let’s go.

When you work in an office, nothing causes more angst than a person who “steals” the good office supplies.  Everyone has their favorite pen, notebook, highlighter, etc. and taking them is punishable by death.  But when you work from home, you get the good stuff all to yourself.

As soon as I think I have my wardrobe dialed in for one season, another season appears.  This year, I am skipping getting my winter wardrobe ready and focusing on spring.  And one of your fellow readers is way ahead of me.
