The Find: A Cool, Casual Top

You know when you buy a piece of clothing and you find yourself wearing it all the time?  Dinner on Friday.  Brunch on Sunday.  Work on Monday.  You get the picture.  This is one of those pieces.

This casual top from 1.State has a stylish (and flattering) twist front and a longer tunic length.  Wear it with distressed denim, slim ponte pants, or a pleated skirt.  The deep-v neck is a little on the dramatic side, but not as dramatic as the photo makes it look.  Plus-size?  Try this twist-front button-down.

1.State has a lot of lovely, affordable tops in both misses and plus-size.  This flounce-sleeve wrap top and wildflower top both caught my eye.

I LOVE this top. I wish it wasn’t polyester. I can’t imagine wearing this in humid dc and not getting a heat rash 🙁

Is this shirt as thin/see-through as it looks in the photos?

It isn’t completely opaque, but the light makes it seem more sheer than it is in real life.
